Michael Cozzi, President

As president of Cirro Energy Services, Mr. Cozzi is responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of the Company, while developing and structuring new energy solutions for large commercial and industrial clients. Since the opening of the deregulated Texas electric market, Mr. Cozzi has served as a Senior Energy Marketing Manager at Reliant Energy, and most recently Director of Major Accounts at Direct Energy Business Service, a division of Centrica North America. Prior to the opening of the deregulated electric market in Texas, Mr. Cozzi worked for The Dow Chemical Company in various sales and marketing roles, including a position as the North American Business Analyst for natural gas and electricity procurement for Dow’s facilities. With experience leading market development strategies and large commercial and industrial sales teams, Mr. Cozzi has been recognized as one of the industry’s top sales executives. An engineering graduate of Purdue University with an MBA from the University of Detroit, Mr. Cozzi spends his free time with his wife and two children in addition to working with children in the YMCA’s Big Brother Program. He is a member of Success North Dallas and the Plano Chamber of Commerce.
